Pre-Service Checklist
Help Us, Help You
Avoid any unnecessary delays or additional service charges by preparing for your service appointment. Simply review and complete the pertinent pre-check items below prior to the arrival of our crew(s) and complete as necessary. In the event these steps aren't completed, we will do our best to accommodate; however, it may very well result in additional service charges, delays, rescheduling or cancellation.
Lawn Services
Includes mowing, aeration, power raking, fertilization, seeding, weed services, lawn clean-ups and brush clearing
- Clear area of toys, hoses, trash and debris
- Bring pets & children inside. Clear area of pet-waste, unless we provide pet-waste service for your property. Otherwise, 1-time pet waste pick-up charges may apply
- Mark any sprinkler heads or lines, hazards or other facilities / equipment susceptible to potential damage within the service area
- Ensure access is clear and gates are unlocked
- Refrain from running sprinklers for 12 hours prior to appointment. Resume normal watering schedule following service
- Submit any service preferences, priorities or special requests within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
Landscaping Services

Haul Away & Disposal
Includes pick-up, haul-away and assembly/disassembly
- Clear areas and walkways of potential hazards, obstacles, obstructions, children & pets
- Ensure access is clear and gates are unlocked
- Clearly mark items scheduled for pick-up / haul-away if you will not be present when the crew arrives
- Submit any service preferences, priorities or special requests within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
