Andy Olen
Coach / Equipment Manager / G-S-D Guy
Andy is responsible for the maintenance of all equipment and facilities for HalfTime Help. He is
known as a jack of all trades. Andy prides himself on his strong work ethic and he tries to instill it on
all the teammates at HalfTime Help. Andy is a loyal family man and has great pride in the success of
his children, Taylor and Jacob, and his wife, Megan. When he is not working, his interests include
boating, fast cars, and shooting. He is affectionately known as a “gear head”. Andy is one of the MOST UNSUCCESSFUL big game hunters out there!
Before becoming an equipment manager, Andy worked for two decades in industrial manufacturing
environments with roles including equipment operation, safety officer, and equipment/facilities
maintenance. Andy was also a licensed electrician for 10 years specializing in new restaurant
construction. Andy started his career in the US Navy as a Damage Controlman with job experience
ranging from Flight Deck Hot-Suit-man to Supervision/Training the Crew in Firefighting and Chemical
Warfare/Defense.
Attended high school at John F Kennedy here in Denver, CO. Attended Red Rocks for electrical
courses and Arapahoe Community College for Emergency Medical Technician courses.
